As an EBOX HIL Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the validation and verification of the EBOX software. You will leverage MicroNova HIL systems to simulate real-world vehicle environments, ensuring that the BMS meets rigorous performance, reliability, and safety standards. A critical component of this role involves validating the ISO-SPI communication interface and ensuring all Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) are verified in accordance with ISO 26262.
5+ years of automotive HIL experience (EV/BMS preferred).
HIL Testing: Develop and automate test cases on MicroNova NovaCarts.
ISO-SPI & Safety: Validate ISO-SPI communication and verify Functional Safety/TSR compliance.
Diagnostics: Perform UDS testing, DTC validation, and HIL fault injection.
Analysis: Debug HV components (contactors, sensors) and analyze CAN/CAN-FD bus traffic.
BMS Expertise - EBOX Functionality: Knowledge of the Electronic Box components, including Contactors, Pyrotechnic Fuses, Current Sensors, and HV Distribution.
HIL Tools: MicroNova (NovaCarts) and Vector toolchains (CANoe, CANape).
Automation Tools: Expertise in ECU-TEST for automated test sequence generation
Protocols: Deep knowledge of ISO-SPI, CAN-FD, and UDS diagnostics.
Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and TSR verification
