Role Description

The EBO - Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience at Kimirica's exclusive brand outlet. On a day-to-day basis, the Beauty Advisor greets customers, understands their needs, and provides personalized recommendations on skincare, body care, and wellness products aligned with Kimirica's brand values. The role includes demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store hygiene. The Beauty Advisor supports retail sales targets by engaging customers, managing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and handling billing and basic inventory checks. This role also involves sharing feedback from customers with the store and brand teams to improve product offerings and in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable product routines.
• Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath & body, and wellness categories, including ingredients, benefits, and usage methods.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and create a welcoming in-store environment.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Additional beneficial qualifications: prior work in premium or luxury retail, basic understanding of wellness trends, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English and local languages.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, maintain professional grooming standards, and collaborate effectively with store team members.
