Role Description

Valistus International School is seeking a thoughtful and nurturing Early Years Teacher Facilitator to join our Cambridge Pathway programme in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on creating a responsive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

The facilitator will design and deliver meaningful learning experiences that are rooted in a strong understanding of child development. The role requires establishing consistent classroom routines, supporting children in building emotional awareness and regulation, and fostering a safe, warm, and inclusive space where each child feels seen and supported.

Working closely with colleagues and families, the facilitator will guide young learners through inquiry-led experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and early critical thinking. While familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years framework is an advantage, a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to the Cambridge philosophy is essential.

  • Communicates effectively and sensitively with parents and colleagues
  • Collaborates within a team to create a cohesive and reflective learning environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Prior experience working with early years learners (preferred)
