- Provide a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment that addresses the cognitive, physical, social, personal, and emotional developmental needs of children.
- Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans and classroom activities in advance, ensuring alignment with curriculum guidelines.
- Maintain accurate reports and records for each child, including observations and assessments.
- Utilize classroom resources efficiently and minimize wastage.
- Enhance classroom appeal through age-appropriate displays, learning resources, and creative activities.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures at all times.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding child progress and other important updates.
- Plan and execute events, trips, celebrations, and special activities in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and security of children alongside teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to assistant teachers and support staff.
- Notify the Centre Head of any concerns related to children, classroom operations, or staff.

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of preschool teaching experience.
- Work timings: Any 9-hour shift between 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM.

- Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and child-related practices.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative skills including storytelling, activity design, and presentation abilities.
