Early Years Assistant Teacher / Co-Teacher

Certified Graduate; Authorized Teacher Training Certification (optional).

• Basic understanding of child development in Early Years.

• Foundational awareness of teaching-learning processes.

• Familiarity with IB programme philosophy (working knowledge, not mastery).

• Ability to assist in planning and instructional practice.

• Effective communication skills.

• Computer (technology) literate.

• Collaborative work ability.

0–2 years of experience with interest in child development and teaching.

• Natural connect with children.

• Willingness to learn and co-work.

• Purpose driven and respectful of work culture.

• Support classroom teaching-learning processes.

• Assist in planning, environment setup and documentation.

• Provide pastoral care and classroom support.

• Prepare for progression into Class Teacher role.
