- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence.
- Support students social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning experiences.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational approach.
- Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster a strong sense of community, teamwork, and respect among students, parents, and staff.
