Early Childhood Educator

Siate Felici is a primary school with a strong focus on the Reggio Emilia approach in the early years. We are seeking a passionate, reflective, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in both Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses and support young learners during their foundational years.

The Role

The Early Childhood Educator will create a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning to guide curriculum planning
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior
• Build strong partnerships with families through open and respectful communication
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in reflective practice
• Ensure all health, safety, and school policies are followed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
• Experience or strong interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
• Knowledge of child development and play-based learning
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check/clearance as required
