Role Description The Early Childhood Education Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will design, adapt, and implement developmentally appropriate early childhood curricula aligned with Ignis learner-centered philosophy. Daily responsibilities include classroom observation, modelling best practices for teachers, conducting training sessions, and providing coaching and feedback to educators. The role also involves creating learning materials, integrating social-emotional and language skills into early childhood programs, and collaborating with school partners to track learning outcomes. The specialist will document progress, contribute to program improvement, and participate in internal meetings to support broader organizational learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Education theory, with the ability to apply best practices in diverse classroom settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in Curriculum Development for early years, including designing age-appropriate, activity-based learning modules.
  • Proven experience Working With Children in preschool or early primary grades, with sensitivity to different backgrounds and learning needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to train teachers, engage with school leadership, and create clear instructional materials.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or educational program implementation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, conduct school visits.
  • Strong organizational skills, comfort with basic digital tools, and a commitment to learner-centered, inclusive education.
