A reputed CBSE school in Ghaziabad is seeking to appoint an experienced Early Childhood Education Lead to design and drive a comprehensive Early Years programme.
This role is ideal for an educator with strong expertise in early childhood development and exposure to international curricula, who can build a structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners.
Role Overview:
As the Early Childhood Education Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust Early Years programme, integrating global best practices while aligning with the school's vision. You will work closely with educators and stakeholders to enhance teaching quality and student learning experiences in the foundational years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Early Years curriculum and programme
- Integrate best practices from international frameworks (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Establish developmentally appropriate teaching and learning methodologies
- Mentor and train early years educators to enhance classroom delivery
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to strengthen learning outcomes
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-centric learning environment
- Monitor programme effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education / Primary Education
- Proven experience in designing and implementing early years programmes
- Exposure to international curricula (IB, Cambridge, or similar) preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies
