Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Workshop Curator, Facilitator & Artist to bring the magic of art and creative exploration to life at Dabble! If you love working with children, designing engaging hands-on experiences, and creating art that inspires, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop Curation & Facilitation Design, plan, and execute interactive art workshops for kids and parents.
- Develop creative learning experiences that align with Dabble's philosophy.
- Engage with children in a playful, exploratory, and sensory-rich manner.
- Experiment with new materials, textures, and techniques to make workshops exciting.
- Artistic Contribution Create original art concepts for workshops, product demos, and community events.
- Collaborate with spaces in Bangalore and PAN India and drive registrations in collaboration with marketing team
- Work with the marketing team to produce creative content, including DIY videos and live demos.
- Contribute to product ideation, bringing an artist's perspective to new launches.
- Community & Brand Engagement Collaborate with parents, educators, and artists to foster a thriving creative community.
- Lead the Playart Coaches Model to launch programs across India
- Facilitate online and offline sessions that encourage free expression through art.
- Represent Dabble at events, schools, and community meet-ups to spread creative joy.
- Who You Are A visual artist, art educator, or creative facilitator with 1-2 years of experience.
- Passionate about child-led, process-based art and open-ended exploration.
- Comfortable leading hands-on art sessions with young children and families.
- A natural storyteller who can engage, inspire, and educate through art.
- Excited to experiment with eco-friendly, sensory materials that align with Dabble's ethos.
- Bonus Skills Experience in early childhood education, play therapy, or art-based learning.
- Familiarity with Waldorf, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia inspired creative approaches.
- Basic skills in video content creation for social media & workshops.
