Early Career Recruiter
The Early Career Recruiter accelerates NetApp's early‑in‑career hiring strategy by building high‑impact partnerships with top universities and non‑traditional talent sources. In this highly visible role, you serve as a NetApp ambassador—designing data‑driven outreach strategies, leveraging AI‑enabled tools, and delivering programs that strengthen our brand and build diverse candidate pipelines across internships and full‑time early in career roles.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for career centers, faculty, student organizations, and key campus stakeholders at core schools.
- Develop and execute university recruiting strategies informed by market intelligence, AI‑powered insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build diverse pipelines by designing outreach approaches that engage women and underrepresented talent early in their academic journey.
- Plan and execute high‑impact events—including career fairs, tech talks, club engagements, on‑campus interviews, and virtual programs—leveraging digital tools to enhance engagement and reach.
- Create and maintain school scorecards, dashboards, and ROI analyses using modern analytics tooling to continually refine partnership strategy.
- Monitor brand perception across target schools through surveys, focus groups, and sentiment data; partner with recruiters and program managers to translate insights into action.
- Track high‑potential students using AI‑enhanced sourcing tools and CRM systems to build future‑ready talent pipelines.
- Lead core school ambassador teams—including executive sponsors, alumni, and interns—to drive coordinated brand presence and relationship continuity.
- Lead campus team preparation, event execution, and post‑event debriefs to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Serve as a relationship‑driven point of contact for internal stakeholders and external university partners, fostering trust and seamless collaboration.
- Support the execution of NetApp's Discover NetApp interview days and other enterprise-wide hiring initiatives.
- Travel required as needed to support in‑person recruiting and relationship development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous university/college recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong planning, project management, and operational execution skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event and campus schedules.
- Willingness to travel.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and data analytics to guide strategy and measure performance.
