Qualifications:
- PhD in Public Health / Epidemiology / Nutrition / Maternal Health / Child Health / Biostatistics or MD (Community Medicine)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public health or MCH research settings
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
- At least 2 peer-reviewed publications in indexed journals (as first author)
Required Skill Sets:
- Advanced data analysis and epidemiological methods
- Statistical programming (R / Stata / Python)
- Data management and quality assurance
- Evidence synthesis and scientific writing
- Research coordination
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement analytical plans
- Support development of research proposals and protocols
- Conduct advanced statistical and epidemiological analyses
- Mentor research and field teams
- Prepare manuscripts, reports, and policy outputs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Potential to work in tight timelines
- Support dissemination through publications and presentations
