Job Title: EAM Consultant
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to asset management and maintenance operations.
- Configure and support Hexagon EAM modules including Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
- Design and implement EAM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Configure workflows, user security, business rules, and system settings within Hexagon EAM.
- Support system integrations with ERP, GIS, SCADA, and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in data migration, testing, deployment, and upgrade activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Develop functional and technical documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
- Strong understanding of:
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Work Order Management
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Inventory & Materials Management
- Procurement Processes
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Experience with Hexagon EAM configuration, administration, and support.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hexagon EAM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
- Exposure to Java, JavaScript, XML, and integration technologies.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM) and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Experience working in Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, or Facilities Management domains.
