Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management Business Analyst to support the digital transformation of plant operations and maintenance. This role will provide functional and technical support for the Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM) platform and its integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing and plant maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Hexagon EAM users, including issue resolution, access management, and data integrity.
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Integrations & Systems
- Monitor and maintain interfaces between Hexagon EAM and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with SAP and middleware teams.
- Support integrations using middleware platforms such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
Analysis & Enhancements
- Collaborate with Level 3 IT Analysts and business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Participate in development, testing, and deployment of new features or modules.
- Perform system maintenance activities including patch testing, upgrades, and releases in coordination with global IT teams.
Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials for end users.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and security standards.

- Timely completion of pilot and project deliverables
- Stakeholder satisfaction and end-user adoption
- Quality of testing and training deliverables
- Resolution time of production issues
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years supporting Hexagon EAM in a production environment.
- Strong system analysis skills with experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing system and database information.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integrations (PM, MM modules).
- English proficiency required.
