Join our core team driving AI and digital transformation across the bank. You'll contribute to strategy execution, architecture design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Generative AI roadmap and implementation of use cases. Drive projects for building AI assistants (copilots, knowledge bots) and digital platforms. Collaborate on architecture using cloud-native, microservices and API patterns. Co-create AI governance and support audit readiness. Manage vendor relationships and partner with business stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Qualifications
Master's/ Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science or similar. Cloud/AI and Agile certifications are good to have.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: 13-16 years in technology delivery, with banking exposure preferred. Experience implementing large-scale digital transformation programmes. Strong solution engineering ability and hands-on technical problem-solving. 2+ years in AI/ML initiatives (ML, NLP, LLMs, conversational AI, RAG). Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, CI/CD. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and frameworks. Understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory expectations for AI in banking. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments.
