About the Job

Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications within an investment management environment. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support, and stakeholder communication in a production environment (70%) and Eagle Star/pace Development (30%)

Skill Requirements:

• 6+ years overall IT experience.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in Eagle STAR & PACE support.
• Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environment.
• Good experience in Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)
• Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
• Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting)
• Experience with Eagle Data Model
• Job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)
• Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production release processes
