Job Description – Executive Assistant to MD / Chairman
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
CTC 18 to 20 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time Educational Qualification
Full-time MBA (Finance) from a premier management institute is mandatory.

Experience 6–7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant. Must be currently working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD), Chairman, or Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Experience should be with a leading Hospitality or Hotel brand. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to the MD, Chairman, or CEO. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and MIS reports. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive communications. Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of key business initiatives. Organize Board meetings, leadership meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings (MoM). Analyze financial and business data to support executive decision-making. Handle correspondence, documentation, and executive office administration efficiently. Support strategic projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Desired Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Candidate Profile . Presently working as an Executive Assistant to the MD, Chairman, or CEO of a reputed Hospitality/Hotel organization. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
