Position: Executive Assistant

Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive,

managing their daily agenda, and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.

Communication: Screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on

behalf of the executive when appropriate, and managing their inbox to prioritize important

messages.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels,

ground transportation, and any necessary visas or travel documents. This may involve

managing complex travel schedules and ensuring the executive's preferences are met.

Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support such as drafting

correspondence and maintaining filing systems.

Information Management: Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records, both

in physical and digital formats, to ensure easy access to important information when

needed.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, such as

executive decisions, strategic plans, and personnel matters.

Technology Proficiency: Being proficient in various office software and tools, including

Microsoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and communication platforms, to effectively

perform job duties.

Flexibility: Being adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
