Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Director, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Director to manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain efficient operations to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
