Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant to the Chairperson is a strategic office role designed to support the Chairperson in driving enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Unlike a traditional administrative EA role, this position acts as the execution anchor for the Chairperson's strategic agenda, ensuring structured coordination across leadership teams, governance processes, and high-impact organizational initiatives.
  • The role offers direct exposure to CXO leadership, strategic decision-making, and corporate governance processes, and is positioned as a potential pipeline for future Chief of Staff capability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA to CMD should have:

  • CA/MBA's preferred from Big 4/strategy/Consulting with 5-8 years of experience
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
