This role is for a ServiceNow EA Module Expert with extensive, hands-on experience in the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) module. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of EA frameworks like TOGAF, be proficient in data modeling and visualization, and have the ability to integrate and automate EA processes to drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow EA Module Mastery: Configure, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture module, including its integration with other ServiceNow modules.
- EA Frameworks & Methodologies: Develop and implement EA methodologies to align IT strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation.
- Data Modeling & Visualization: Create and maintain accurate enterprise architecture models within ServiceNow, including business capabilities, applications, technologies, and data flows. Use ServiceNow visualization tools to communicate complex architectural information to stakeholders.
- Integration & Automation: Integrate the ServiceNow EA module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to ensure data consistency. Automate EA processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripting to improve efficiency.
