Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder, based in Bangalore or Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO, including managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution of key priorities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, business-savvy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel logistics, ensuring time optimization and priority alignment.
Coordinate across teams and departments to support business goals and maintain communication flow.
Draft professional reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Track strategic projects, OKRs, and departmental deliverables on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-up action summaries.
Handle confidential information and executive-level documentation with discretion.
Support CEO in client, investor, and partner interactions as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Operations for executive hiring, onboarding, and administrative support.
Manage office workflows, approvals, and expense documentation efficiently.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Calendar Management, Slack, Asana, or Notion.
Strong business acumen, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or startup environments preferred.
