Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant (EA)
- Providehigh-level administrative supportto senior leaders, ensuring effective time, calendar, and priority management.
- Managecomplex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate across time zones, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external interested parties, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare, review, and managedocuments, presentations, reports, and correspondenceon behalf of the executive.
- Coordinatemeetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups, ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Managetravel arrangements, including itineraries, visas (if applicable), accommodation, and expense tracking.
- Support leaders inplanning, tracking, and prioritising deliverables, helping drive efficiency and execution.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
- Assist withspecial projects, events, and leadership initiativesas the need arises.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with organizational standards.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they advance.
