Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues
- Create technical diagrams, flowcharts, formulas, and other documentation to support projects
- Provide guidance to junior engineers on projects within their areas of expertise
- Conduct research on new technologies and products to recommend improvements to current processes
- Develop designs for new products or systems based on customer specifications
- Research existing technologies to explore innovative applications for problem-solving
- Review products or concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare proposals for new projects, identify potential problems, and propose solutions
- Estimate costs and schedule requirements for projects, and evaluate project outcomes
