Are you passionate about creating, converting, and optimizing digital learning content We are looking for an E-Learning Development Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Captivate / Adobe Captivate Classic to join our Learning & Development team.

Adobe Captivate / Adobe Captivate Classic

SCORM & xAPI (Tin Can) Course Packaging

LMS / LCMS Testing & Deployment

WBT Conversion & Course Migration

HTML-Based Course Troubleshooting and Support

What You'll Do:

Develop, edit, publish, and migrate e-learning content using Adobe Captivate.
Convert and update web-based training (WBT) courses.
Generate SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, and web-based learning outputs.
Test courses before and after deployment in LMS/LCMS environments.
Troubleshoot course launch, packaging, playback, navigation, and content-related issues.
Work with HTML and supporting course files to resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Preferred Profile:

2-5 years of experience in E-Learning Development, Course Migration, or WBT Conversion

Strong expertise in Adobe Captivate and Captivate Classic

Experience with SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, LMS, and LCMS environments

Excellent troubleshooting, QA, and documentation skills

Experience supporting high-volume course conversion and migration projects is an advantage
