About the Role:
As an eLearning Developer at Kyteway, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of engaging and interactive eLearning courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, Lectora.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Create visually appealing and interactive learning materials, including simulations, quizzes, and multimedia elements.
- Develop and maintain course documentation, including storyboards, design documents, and user guides.
- Test and troubleshoot eLearning courses to ensure functionality and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with a remote team, often within the USA time zone.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in eLearning development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, Lectora.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially within a different time zone.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design software is a plus.
