About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing interactive eLearning courses and a strong eye for UI/UX, visual design, and learner engagement.
You will work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers to create high-quality digital learning experiences for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using:
- Adobe Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Captivate
- Rise 360
- Camtasia
- Create engaging interactions, triggers, variables, and animations in Storyline
- Design visually appealing and learner-friendly interfaces
- Ensure consistency in branding, layouts, and user experience
- Integrate multimedia elements including audio, video, and animations
- Perform QA checks and ensure courses are SCORM compliant
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Articulate Storyline
- Storyline Triggers & Variables
- Adobe Captivate
- Rise 360
- Camtasia
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent color sense and visual design aesthetics
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles
- Ability to create responsive and engaging learning experiences
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate eLearning projects
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
- Experience with AI tools for content creation or QA is a plus
