E-learning Developer

Role: Storyline/E-learning Developer

Location: Noida (sector 58)

JD:

The role of the developer will be to assist with developing the projects per the requirement to ensure client satisfaction with all services and deliverables. The developer will work with the team to develop e-learning courses. In addition, he/she is responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning courses per the storyboard

• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

• Incorporate graphics, audio, and video files in Storyline and other authoring tools

• Create simulation videos using Captivate/Camtasia

• Follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a

positive manner

• Work closely with other design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions

• Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong verbal and written

communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as an eLearning developer

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

• Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline 3 and above

• Advanced knowledge of Camtasia 9 and Adobe Captivate

• Knowledge of Audacity, Vyond, Zoom forth will be an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 360 (PowerPoint and Word)
