Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working across SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, Sabrix, and Workday.
- Strong expertise in system integration, tax compliance, and global e-Invoicing transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Workday and its integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in e-Invoicing implementation projects and tax compliance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST services, JSON, XML, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Azure Integration Services.
- Understanding of global tax regulations and e-Invoicing requirements is preferred.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced e-Invoicing Implementation Engineer to support the implementation of global e-Invoicing solutions across SAP and enterprise applications.
The role will be responsible for integrating SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, Sabrix, Workday, and other enterprise systems with e-Invoicing platforms. The candidate will ensure tax compliance, seamless invoice processing, secure data exchange, and regulatory reporting across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement e-Invoicing solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur with e-Invoicing platforms and government portals.
- Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data interfaces for invoice generation, validation, and transmission.
- Configure invoice data mapping, tax rules, and document exchange formats such as JSON, XML, UBL, etc.
- Troubleshoot integration issues related to invoice transmission, validation, acknowledgment, and processing.
- Ensure secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise systems and external service providers.
- Collaborate with business, tax, technical, and integration teams to deliver e-Invoicing solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities for e-Invoicing implementations.
- Monitor integrations and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable tax regulations and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with global e-Invoicing platforms and government tax portals.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards, including UBL and country-specific formats.
- Experience working with enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in global implementation or rollout projects is an added advantage.
