We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented professional to join our team as a Ecommerce Marketplace Trainee
Responsibilities
- Support the team in collecting and analysing data from various eCommerce platforms to understand category performance and business trends.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring basic ad campaign performance, including sales and visibility metrics.
- Help improve product visibility by supporting listing hygiene, ad placements, and basic optimizations under guidance.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries, and communicate insights in a clear and well-articulated manner.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and internal teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and assist in coordinating with eCommerce platform POCs as required.
- Apply learnings from prior internship experience to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, simple charts).
- Basic knowledge or understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Familiarity with seller dashboards (viewing reports, checking orders, performance metrics).
- Ability to update and maintain basic trackers and reports.
- Exposure to product uploads, listing edits, and catalog maintenance.
- Basic understanding of inventory and order management screens.
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems used in eCommerce operations.
- Comfortable using email, internal tools, and documentation platforms.
