Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialistwith hands-on exposure to end-to-end marketplace operations, primarily on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace seller portals. The ideal candidate should have independently handled listings, order processing, inventory, pricing, and paid campaigns (bidding) for hygiene, personal care, or wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations (End-to-End)
Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Centraland other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Create, upload, and optimize product listings(titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, backend attributes).
Ensure accurate cataloging, image uploads, variations, and compliance with marketplace policies.
Handle order processing, invoicing, returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch, delivery, and reverse logistics.
Campaigns & Bidding
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads(auto & manual campaigns).
Conduct keyword research, manage bidding strategies, budgets, and performance optimization.
Track KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Execute deals, discounts, lightning deals, and festive promotions.
Inventory & Pricing Management
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonality.
Manage pricing, offers, and competitive benchmarking.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Prepare MIS reports and insights for management review.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue.
Account Health & Compliance
Maintain seller account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate).
Handle seller support cases, claims, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing, and marketplace regulations.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, finance, and supply chain teams.
Support A+ Content, brand store updates, and new product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
35 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Centraland other marketplace portals.
Proven experience in bidding and paid ad campaign management.
Experience in hygiene / personal care / wellness / FMCG products(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce workflows.
Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace analytics.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Storefronts.
Exposure to D2C platforms (Shopify)is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and fast-moving products.
