Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist (Ayurveda) based in Noida. The role involves managing and optimizing the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory coordination. The specialist will monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and supporting online promotions and campaigns. The role also includes maintaining accurate product information, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive e-commerce growth in the Ayurvedic segment.
Qualifications
