E-commerce Specialist (Amazon US & Flipkart) Health Supplement Brand

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon US and Flipkart accounts for our health and nutrition supplement brand.
This role demands a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, compliance for dietary supplements, and data-driven growth strategies.
You'll be responsible for optimizing listings, driving sales, running ad campaigns, and ensuring brand compliance and visibility across both marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Optimization
- Create and optimize listings on Amazon US and Flipkart (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content, and images).
- Research relevant keywords for each platform and ensure listings are SEO-optimized.
- Manage product variations, pricing, and packaging details in line with platform policies.
- Coordinate with design teams for high-quality infographics, lifestyle images, and videos.
2. Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC (US) and Flipkart Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads).
- Continuously track ad performance, optimize ACoS/ROAS, and report insights.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotions, Lightning Deals, Flipkart BBD, and festive offers.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales, traffic, and conversion data across marketplaces.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and keyword trends to identify growth opportunities.
4. Inventory & Operations Management
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely replenishment and shipment planning.
- Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory for US marketplace.
- Maintain ideal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock or overstock issues.
5. Compliance & Brand Protection
- Ensure product listings comply with Amazon US dietary supplement policies, FDA guidelines, and FSSAI regulations for Flipkart.
- Monitor for policy violations, suppressions, and counterfeit or hijacked listings.
- Maintain brand consistency and authenticity across all marketplace listings.
6. Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with content, design, and influencer teams to drive conversions through integrated marketing efforts.
- Support D2C (Shopify/website) team for coordinated offers and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer reviews and insights.
