About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, drive sales through digital platforms, and enhance brand visibility across e-commerce and social media channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketplaces and basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company website.
- Handle product uploads, inventory management, pricing updates, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch, stock availability, and product content updates.
- Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discount strategies.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback online.
- Manage chatbots.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in E-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Basic photo editing or Canva skills.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns or performance tracking.
