Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presenceonthe Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forend-to-end account operations from listing management and content optimization to order fulfillment, account health monitoring, and customer communication. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the ability to juggle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
rtReing & Analytics
Reporting & Analytics
- Download and analyze performance reports from Amazon Seller Central (Business Reports, Advertising Reports, FBA Reports, etc.)
- Track key metrics including sales, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage, and inventory levels
- Prepare regular performance summaries for management review
Listing ManagementListing Management
- Create, update, andoptimizeproduct listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Ensure listing compliance with Amazon's policies and category-specific requirements
- Monitor and resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and content errors
Keyword Research
- Conduct thorough keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon's Brand Analytics
- Integrate high-value keywords into product listings and PPC campaigns to improve organic ranking and visibility
- Continuouslymonitorkeyword performance and update strategies accordingly
Brand Store Management
- Build,maintain, and update the Amazon Brand Store to reflect current products, promotions, and brand identity
- Ensure the storefront is visually consistent, navigable, and optimized for conversions
- Track Brand Store traffic and performance metrics
Account Health
- Monitor account health dashboard daily, ensuring all metricsremainwithin Amazon's required thresholds
- Proactively address policy violations, late shipment rates, order defect rates, and customer feedback issues
- Take corrective actions andsubmitPlans of Action (POAs) as needed to reinstate or protect account standing
A+ Content Management
- Create and manage Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) for product detail pages
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and copy that improve conversion rates
- Regularly audit and refresh A+ content to align with product updates and brand guidelines
Review & Query Management
- Monitor product reviews and seller feedbackon a daily basis
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries and reviews in line with Amazon's communication guidelines
- Identifypatterns in negative feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to address root causes
Order Processing
- Oversee daily order management, ensuringtimelyprocessing for both FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders
- Maintainaccuraterecords of orders and flag any processing anomalies
- Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order flow
Dispatch Management
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within the promised handling time tomaintainseller metrics
- Coordinate withlogisticspartners and internal teams fortimelyshipment confirmation and tracking uploads
- Monitor dispatch SLAs and resolve delays proactively
Refund & Return Management
- Manage customer return requests efficiently, processing refunds or replacements in line with company policy
- Track return trends and flag recurring issues to the relevant department for resolution
- Maintain clean return metrics to support account health
Ticket Escalation
- Identifyand escalate complex or unresolved seller support cases to theappropriate Amazonteams
- Follow up on open tickets to ensuretimelyresolution andmaintainrecords of all support interactions
- Document escalation outcomes for future reference and process improvement
Amazon POC Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon Account Managers or Vendor/Brand Specialists
- Leverage Amazon POC relationships to unlock promotional opportunities, resolve issues faster, and stay updated on policy changes
- Coordinate internally to fulfill any requests or opportunities surfaced through the Amazon POC
Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account
- Proficiencyin Amazon Seller Central tools and dashboards
- Familiarity with keyword research and listing optimization tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics)
- Strong written communication skills for customer-facing responses and internal reporting
- Understanding of Amazon's performance metrics, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to multitask across operational, content, and analytical responsibilities
- Proficiencyin MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store (preferred)
- Knowledge of FBA processes, shipment creation, and inventory management (preferred)
