Key Responsibilities
- Manage online sales platforms: Handle product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory on e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Drive sales growth: Plan and execute online sales strategies, promotions, and offers to increase revenue.
- Customer handling: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
- Order & inventory coordination: Monitor orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Sales reporting & analysis: Track sales performance, analyze customer behavior, and prepare regular sales reports to improve results.
