Profile Summary
We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow online sales across major marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales optimization, customer handling, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho)
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and account health metrics
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and sales
- Handle customer queries, order issues, returns, and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and market demand
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance insights
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 12 years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management
- Strong understanding of online selling platforms and seller dashboards
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meesho Ads, Meta/Google basics)
- Knowledge of inventory planning and pricing strategy
- Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
