Profile Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow online sales across major marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales optimization, customer handling, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho)
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and account health metrics
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and sales
  • Handle customer queries, order issues, returns, and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
  • Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and market demand
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance insights
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 12 years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management
  • Strong understanding of online selling platforms and seller dashboards
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meesho Ads, Meta/Google basics)
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and pricing strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
