Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and upload the complete product catalog on Shopify.

Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, tags, categories & variants.

Use knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and trends for precise listings.

Coordinate with the shoot team for images, videos & details.

Assist with Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business activities.

Support PR, promotions & brand communication.

Guide team members for smooth daily operations.

Handle multiple office tasks proactively.

Ensure high-quality and timely uploads for all new collections

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Strong experience with Shopify / website catalog management. Good understanding of fashion, fabrics, embroidery, and handwork.

Experience in team handling or coordination. Basic knowledge of social media management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Canva (preferred)
