About Kalakaram

Kalakaram is a fast-growing kids DIY brand creating innovative art & craft kits for young creators. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce PPC Manager to own and scale our paid performance across leading online marketplaces, driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace PPC Campaign Management
  • Independently plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, FirstCry, Meesho, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage multiple ad formats including:
  • Amazon: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
  • Flipkart / FirstCry / Blinkit: Search ads, product ads, and platform-specific formats
  • Structure campaigns aligned with product lifecycle, category goals, and performance KPIs.
2. Keyword Research & Targeting Strategy
  • Conduct deep keyword and search-term research using marketplace data and third-party tools (Helium10, DataHawk, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Implement keyword harvesting, bid optimization, negative keywords, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and scale.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and optimize core metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and conversions.
  • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and ROI across platforms.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and growth recommendations.
4. Listing & Conversion Optimization Support
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketplace teams to optimize product listings based on PPC insights.
  • Ensure alignment between ad keywords, titles, images, A+ content, and storefronts.
5. Growth, Launches & Scaling
  • Lead PPC strategy for new product launches, seasonal sales, and platform-specific events.
  • Identify scaling opportunities, test new ad formats, and continuously improve campaign structures.
  • Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes and advertising feature updates.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon mandatory; others like Flipkart, Blinkit, FirstCry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace ad algorithms, ranking factors, and conversion drivers.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment.
