We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing and online consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to maximize sales
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements to the platform
• Analyze platform data and create reports to identify areas of improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to create and execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales
• Manage customer reviews and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
• Ensure platform compliance with local laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform management
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online consumer behavior
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
