We are looking for someone who owns revenue, profitability, and growth — not just tasks.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving profitable online growth across all digital sales channels.

This is a high-impact role for a strong operator who can independently manage marketplace accounts, scale paid media campaigns, optimise conversion funnels, improve retention, and own channel-level profitability.

The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise, commercial acumen, marketplace execution excellence, and a data-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Growth & Account Management
  • Manage and scale brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure catalogue hygiene, listing quality, pricing accuracy, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance.
  • Improve product ranking through keyword optimisation, review strategy, and conversion enhancements.
  • Execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, launches, and platform growth opportunities.
2. Listing Excellence & Content Optimisation
  • Create and optimise listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
  • Improve PDP conversion through strong visuals, copywriting, and strategic merchandising.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, category audits, and listing gap analysis.
3. Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Own budgets, bidding strategy, targeting, and campaign scaling.
  • Track and improve CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, and profitability.
  • Run continuous testing on creatives, landing pages, funnels, and remarketing strategies.
4. D2C Growth (Shopify)
  • Drive traffic acquisition and revenue growth for the Shopify store.
  • Improve website conversion rate through UX enhancements, CRO testing, and funnel optimisation.
  • Manage retention through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, subscriptions, loyalty, and lifecycle automation.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers for store improvements and campaign launches.
5. Commercial Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly channel-level P&L reports.
  • Analyse performance by SKU, campaign, geography, and customer cohorts.
  • Identify margin leakages, scale opportunities, and underperforming spends.
  • Present actionable recommendations to leadership.
6. Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
  • Support launches into international marketplaces and cross-border e-commerce.
  • Explore affiliate programs, partnerships, new growth channels, and emerging commerce opportunities.
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, SOPs, and growth processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, or digital commerce roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon seller/vendor accounts directly.
  • Strong experience running Meta and Google campaigns independently.
  • Proven expertise in marketplace SEO, catalogue management, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets / reporting capability.
  • Strong commercial understanding of margins, unit economics, and profitability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands.
  • Prior experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, WhatsApp automation, and retention platforms.
  • Experience with Amazon Global Selling (UAE, US, UK, etc.)
  • Quick commerce experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM systems.
