E-commerce Performance Marketing Executive (Marketplace Ads)
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
The role will primarily focus on driving sales through marketplace advertising, keyword optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms.
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace ad formats.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ACOS, TACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and overall sales growth.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Listing Optimization & Keyword Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product listings to improve organic ranking and discoverability.
- Improve product visibility through keyword indexing and listing optimization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve ad efficiency and sales performance.
- Coordinate with inventory, supply chain, and catalog teams to ensure product availability during campaigns.
- Work with design/content teams for ad creatives and listing improvements.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword ranking, and listing optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and sales growth.
- Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce businesses is preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Amazon Product Intelligence (PI).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory) for reporting and data analysis.
- Prior experience managing 1020 lakh monthly ad budgets across marketplaces.
- 24 years of experience in Marketplace Performance Marketing
- Experience handling multi-channel marketplaces
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven optimization
