Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven E-Commerce Paid Media Buyer with proven experience in AppLovin to lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta, AppLovin, and native advertising networks. This role is built for a strategic media buyer who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments and has a documented track record of scaling high-volume campaigns. You will act as a core engine for growth, managing significant advertising budgets, engineering creative testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize profitable scale.

Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management & Budget Allocation
- Multi-Channel Scaling: Deploy, manage, and scale high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (primary), AppLovin, and native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain).
- Portfolio Optimization: Monitor account health and performance daily, shifting budgets dynamically to maximize overall Efficiency (ROAS/MER) and eliminate spend waste.
Testing Frameworks & Data Analysis
- Creative Iteration: Develop and execute rigorous creative testing matrixes to identify high-performing hooks, concepts, and landing page funnels.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Deep-dive into data trends to isolate performance bottlenecks, adjust bidding strategies, and implement proactive scaling or risk-mitigation measures.
Performance Reporting & Cross-Team Synergy
- Metric Accountability: Track, optimize, and report on core digital commerce KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, Hook Rate, and retention signals.
- Creative Alignment: Partner directly with the performance creative and copy teams, providing data-backed feedback on asset performance, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to fuel the asset pipeline.
Requirements:
- Budget Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling high-volume media budgets (ranging from $50K to $100K+ in daily ad spend).
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Meta Ads Managerplus practical media buying experience in at least one of the following: AppLovin, Taboola, or Outbrain.
- Direct Response Knowledge: Deep conceptual understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition mechanics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and direct-response psychology.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical profile with the capacity to turn massive datasets into clear, profitable scaling actions under tight timelines.
