About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to own end-to-end daily operations across our online marketplaces. This hands-on role is critical for ensuring seamless platform performance, timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and efficient purchase order (PO) handling—with a strong emphasis on quick-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with the ability to drive growth on major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quick-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory synchronization, and real-time fulfillment across all platforms.
- Manage the full cycle of Purchase Order (PO) handling—from creation and vendor coordination to tracking, reconciliation, and closure.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, stock levels, and performance metrics on key marketplaces.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and seller performance standards to maintain high ratings and full compliance.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
- Analyze sales data, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and marketplace expansions.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis and advanced formulas) is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience in quick-commerce daily operations and Purchase Order (PO) handling is a must.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fast-paced retail or quick-commerce environments.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Will be an Advantage)
- Experience with Amazon Global Selling and Walmart marketplaces.
- Two or more years of Amazon Ads (PPC/Sponsored Products) experience.
- Background or knowledge in marketing (digital marketing, promotions, or campaign management).
