Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager based in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimizing processes, overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The E-commerce Operations Manager will also analyze key performance metrics, strategize to enhance online store performance and align key operational efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in e-commerce operations management, logistics coordination and inventory control
• Analytical abilities for tracking performance metrics, problem-solving and reporting insights
• Experience with online store management platforms and tools ( Zoho/ SAP/ Base/ Evanik)
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Hands-on experience in customer service, order fulfillment and return handling processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Prior knowledge of e-commerce industry best practices is an advantage
• Worked with a skincare brand

Salary : 30K- 50K (based on experience)
