Act as the single point of coordination between India, China, and US-based teams.
Track component readiness, supplier commitments, production timelines, sample dispatches, payments, courier movement, and shipment ETAs.
Oversee movement of samples and prototypes between Shenzhen, Seattle, Chennai, and other locations.
Coordinate courier documentation, customs paperwork, sample declarations, and import/export follow-ups.
Maintain transparent dashboards for production, shipping, inventory, and launch readiness.
Prepare concise weekly progress summaries for founders, internal teams, investors, and board updates.
Build repeatable templates for weekly updates, supplier trackers, risk logs, launch trackers, decision logs, and operating reviews..
Maintain the company'sGantts, trackers, and dashboards across product, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and GTM.
Pre-empt bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and flag risks before they affect timelines.
Use AI tools aggressively across transcription, meeting notes, documentation, tracker updates, email drafting, SOPs, research, and internal knowledge management.
Good to have
:1–5 years of experience in project management, operations, founder's office, manufacturing operations, consumer hardware, D2C, logistics, or cross-functional execution
.Strong Google Sheets and Notion skills
.High ownership, strong follow-through, and serious attention to detail
.Comfortable working with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
.Prior experience working with Asian OEMs, component suppliers, factories, or logistics partners
.Exposure to consumer electronics, appliances, hardware startups, manufacturing, or D2C operations
.Understanding of product development cycles: prototype → testing → pilot → mass production
.Experience with import/export logistics, customs documentation, or prototype shipments
.Mandarin ability is a strong plus, but not required
