BINCA is a fast-growing games and activity kit brand selling across Amazon India, Amazon US, Amazon UK, Flipkart, FirstCry, and our own website. We're a lean, founder-led team and this is one of our most critical hires.
You will own the day-to-day operations of every e-commerce channel we run — keeping listings healthy, inventory moving, and the business running without constant founder oversight.
What you'll own
Amazon marketplace operations
- Account health monitoring across Amazon India, US, and UK
- Listing management — creation, optimisation, A+ content updates
- FBA inventory planning and replenishment across all three marketplaces
- Case management — suppressed listings, stranded inventory, policy issues
- Coordinating with prep centres and freight forwarders
- Keeping an eye on Buy Box, pricing, and competitor activity
India Q-commerce & platform expansion
- Setting up and managing BINCA on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and similar platforms
- Coordinating with dark store / distributor partners for fulfilment
- Maintaining catalogue hygiene, pricing, and promotional slots on each platform
- Tracking platform-specific metrics and flagging issues early
Flipkart & FirstCry
- Listing upkeep, promotional participation, and account health
- Inventory coordination and order management
Website (Shopify)
- Backend operations — orders, inventory sync, fulfilment coordination
- Basic product page updates and seasonal changes
MIS & reporting
- Weekly sales and inventory reporting across all channels
- Flagging anomalies — ACoS spikes, stock-outs, listing issues — before they become problems
- Supporting monthly P&L and COGS tracking
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (India or global)
- Familiarity with FBA processes, inventory planning, and case management
- Exposure to Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) is a strong plus
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Detail-oriented — you catch problems before being told about them
- Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environment
