Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase order fulfilment across multiple online retail/e-commerce channels
- Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and channel/marketplace teams
- Track and manage day-to-day dispatch, invoicing, and delivery timelines
- Handle courier and logistics coordination, including appointment scheduling and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for inventory, dispatch, and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot operational escalations and ensure timely closure
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement of operations workflows
Requirements
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/order-management tools a plus
- Detail-oriented with good ownership and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience/internship in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
- Ability to work fast and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
