CTC: ₹2,50,000 to ₹300000 per annum

Job Role

 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and drive day-to-day operations across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The role involves return operations, SAFE-T claim processing, inventory coordination, order management, and marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth execution and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace platforms, strong analytical and coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams including warehouse, logistics, finance, and marketing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company's online business while gaining exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Marketplace Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
• Manage open returns on both Amazon and Flipkart and ensure timely resolution of return- related issues.
• File and track SAFE-T claims and other reimbursement claims as applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs and overselling.

Order & Seller Operations

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and fulfillment.
• Track seller account performance including returns, cancellations, reimbursements, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory handling, and return processes.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of seller operations, order management, reconciliation, returns handling, and claim processing.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, and return management.
• Strong problem-solving ability and process improvement mindset.
