Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end order processing, packaging, and system updates for e-commerce orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage all orders on Shopify.
- Generate and print shipping labels and invoices.
- Assist in completing order packaging as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Maintain accuracy in order status, dispatch updates, and records.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily orders.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic to good knowledge of Shopify / order management systems.
- Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic tech tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations/warehouse preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (as per company requirement).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/order management systems.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
